Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues related to laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues on Windows operating systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop applications such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks including disk space monitoring, system updates, and antivirus scans.
• Collaborate with team members to identify root causes of recurring problems and implement solutions.
