JOB TITLE : Leadership Hiring Recruiter
DESIGNATION : Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager
QUALIFICATION & PQE : MBA & 5+ years of Post Qualification experience in Recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be someone from an Executive search firm or similar industry who has hands on experience in hiring Leadership roles. Should have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through clever questions. Should be able to manage Senior Stake holders at Leadership level. They should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas.
