Position Overview

We seek a self-motivated and experienced HR Assistant to join our team. The candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining records as well as new recruitments. This position requires a sound documentation as well as record maintainenance background combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The vacancy is for Mumbai region at Andheri West.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities — posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records (soft and hard copies).
• Prepare and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and time management data.
• Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information (absences, bonus, leaves, etc.).
• Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees and redirect to senior HR staff when needed.
• Support the organization and coordination of HR initiatives, training sessions, and events.
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee data and HR operations.

Qualifications

: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in the related field.

: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in a sales engineering role.

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

: Willingness to travel within multiple locations on a routine basis to collaborate & network with team members.
