Job Purpose : Site Incharge - Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, maintenance, and management of the assigned site. This role ensures that the site is functioning efficiently, adhering to safety and compliance standards, and aligned with the organization's operational goals. The Site Incharge will also focus on optimizing resource allocation, managing the operations team, and collaborating with senior management to drive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Site Operations Management :

Oversee and manage the daily operations and maintenance of the site to ensure smooth functioning and operational efficiency.

Budget Management

Assist in the preparation of site budgets and track operational expenses to maintain cost-effective operations.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure that all operations comply with safety regulations, industry standards, and internal guidelines. Implement health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Policy Implementation

Develop, implement, and update operational policies and procedures to enhance site performance and ensure consistency in operations.

Resource Optimization

Efficiently manage and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, materials) to maximize productivity and minimize downtime, ensuring optimal site performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration

Coordinate with other departments (e.g., HR, finance, procurement, logistics) to ensure site requirements are met, and operational objectives are achieved.

Performance Monitoring And Reporting

Monitor site performance metrics, PUE, KPIs, and operational reports. Identify trends, track progress, and report key insights to senior management.

Process Improvement

Identify areas for operational improvement, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to improve site efficiency and productivity.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with senior management to align site operations with the broader organizational strategy and ensure long-term success.

Incident Resolution

Develop and implement effective incident response protocols and workflows. Ensure timely identification, troubleshooting, and resolution of network issues to minimize service disruptions.

Brand Positioning

Ensure Adani&aposs brand values are shown in all interactions. Strengthen relationships to boost the organization&aposs brand and trust within the market and company.

Team Development

Build a high-performing team. Set clear KPIs, track progress, and implement strategies for continuous improvement. Promote a respectful and safe workplace, lead collaborative and productive teams, and mentor for growth and success. Tracks and reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital business success.

Digital Mindset

Champions a digital mindset within the organization to drive innovation and competitiveness. Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Educational Qualification :

B E- Mechanical / Electrical

Work Experience

15-18 years of experience in the Data Centers industry
