• Manage team tasks as well Individual contributor to technical development
• Implementing best practices, coding standards and unit test cases.
• Prepares requirement definition, design, technical specifications and architecture.
• Develops a strong understanding of core technologies contained within the LOB application
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Attention to detail, Desire and ability to work in a multi-distributed team environment
• Ability to excel in a short timeframe under short sprints
• Strong communication and presentation skills
