Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draughtsman to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural drawing, real estate projects, and be proficient in CAD and design software. You will play a key role in translating conceptual designs into technical drawings and supporting project execution across all stages.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and modify architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Assist in design development in coordination with senior architects and project teams.
• Conduct site visits and prepare detailed site reports.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and vendors for project coordination.
• Support the preparation of presentations, 3D models, and visualizations.
