Senior / GM - Ecommerce / Revenue Manager

Job descriptionOmnichannel Strategy : Ability to set up, test & Optimizate initiatives for both offline and online channels Loyalty Program Management : Experience in designing, managing, and measuring the ROI of loyalty / rewards programs and subscription models. Personalization and Segmentation : Strong command over advanced customer segmentation (e.g., behavioral, value-based) to deliver highly personalized and relevant offers / communications. Managing the budget planning for retention initiatives.
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in e-commerce companies such as Myntra, AJIO, BlinkIt, Zepto, Flipkart, or Meesho, and at least 4 years of relevant experience.
The key responsibilities for this role will include :
- Background with Revenue management or Program Management for Ecommerce / Quickcomm / Retail companies
- Understanding of the Customer Lifecycle management : Ability to map, analyze, and optimize the entire repeat user journey (from second purchase / visit onward) across all touchpoints.
- Data-Driven Decision Making : Proficient in interpreting key revenue metrics and CLM metrics like Churn Rate, Customer Lifetime Value (CLV), Repeat Purchase Rate, Frequency, and Recency.
