About the Role :

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive who can take ownership of the end-to-end workflow of the Sales & Marketing department. The ideal candidate should have a strong ability in client acquisition, lead nurturing, campaign planning, brand positioning , and team training for new joiners .

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage full-cycle sales & marketing operations from lead generation, proposal drafting, client presentations, negotiations, closing deals , to retention.
  • Develop and execute B2B and B2C marketing strategies , including digital, email, social media, and content marketing campaigns.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer profiling to design targeted outreach strategies.
  • Prepare and present sales pitches, proposals, and business presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to build brand positioning, GTM strategies, and marketing funnels.
  • Track, measure & optimize campaign performance using analytics and CRM tools .
  • Train and mentor new team members , supporting skill-building, communication improvement, and workflow alignment.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and post-sales support to enable repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports , sales forecasts, and performance dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing (preferably in IT / Tech or SaaS industry).
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, marketing strategies, brand positioning, and digital marketing tools .
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills .
  • Practical knowledge of CRM tools, LinkedIn marketing, email campaigns, and lead nurturing .
  • Ability to train and guide new joiners and lead team initiatives.
  • Strong ownership mindset with goal-oriented, target-driven approach .
  • Preferred Attributes :

  • Experience in Tech Services, SaaS products, Digital Solutions, or Cloud / AI platforms .
  • Strong storytelling and proposal-building skills.
  • Ability to work in a startup-style, fast-paced environment.
