Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and IT strategies. You will play a key role in delivering enterprise-grade ServiceNow implementations and ensuring optimal use of the platform.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, IRM / GRC, and CSM modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into ServiceNow architectural designs.
• Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
• Ensure platform scalability, performance, and compliance with industry and security standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Conduct architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure solution quality.
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and tools, especially relevant to banking and insurance ecosystems.
• Stay updated with ServiceNow's latest features and releases, recommending improvements where applicable.
• Prepare documentation, solution design specs, and impact assessments.
