Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle — job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Develop department-wise manpower plans and proactively build candidate pipelines.
Conduct technical and behavioral interviews in coordination with department heads.
Maintain and update Zoho Recruit ATS , ensuring data accuracy and candidate tracking.
Coordinate offer negotiations, joining formalities, and induction programs .
Maintain HR documentation : appointment letters, probation confirmations, and database management.
Assist in performance management , attendance , and policy implementation .
Support HR audits, employee engagement activities, and compliance tasks (PF, ESI, etc.).
Requirements
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
3–7 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR operations.
Hands-on experience with Zoho Recruit / Zoho People / HRMS tools is mandatory.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Exposure to construction / engineering industry hiring will be an added advantage.
