📌 Hiring : Manager / Sr. Manager – Direct Taxation

📍 Location : Goregaon, Mumbai

We’re looking for a skilled Direct Tax Professional to oversee end-to-end tax compliance, audits, assessments, advisory, and litigation for the organization.

⭐ What You’ll Do :

• Manage all Direct Tax matters for the organization
• Prepare & file Income Tax Returns, TDS / TCS returns, SFT & all statutory forms
• Review agreements & provide advisory from an Income Tax standpoint
• Handle Income Tax Audits, scrutiny, appeals & departmental coordination
• Liaise with consultants, advocates & tax authorities for ongoing matters
• Manage international taxation—foreign remittances, Form 15CA / CB, Transfer Pricing
• Prepare workings for tax provisions, deferred tax & ledger reconciliations
• Maintain MIS for tax compliance, litigation & audit tracking
• Stay updated with regulatory amendments and ensure internal compliance
