Drive International Expansion
We're seeking a well-spoken, extroverted professional to drive international growth as an Expansion Growth Specialist.
You'll engage with senior decision-makers across the globe through calling-driven outreach and qualify prospects before scheduling meetings for the sales team.
Your role will involve :
- Conducting outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media
- Pitching staffing and advertising solutions to senior executives and startup founders
- BUILDING instant rapport, holding intelligent conversations, and handling objections effectively
- Maintaining consistent outreach and updating CRM activity
- Collaborating with sales leaders to refine messaging and outreach effectiveness
- A fast learner with excellent communication skills
- An extroverted go-getter who enjoys talking to people and building connections
- Fluent in English with a confident and articulate tone
- 1-2 years of professional experience preferred (not necessarily in sales or BD)
- Comfortable working US hours (6 PM - 3 AM IST)
- Highly disciplined, self-motivated, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment
