Role Overview
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work across both
frontend (Next.js / React)
and
backend (Node.js / Fastify)
systems that power our logistics control towers, tracking dashboards, and billing engines.
You’ll collaborate closely with designers, engineers, and DevOps to build responsive, data-heavy, and production-grade features that are used daily in plants, ports, and control rooms.
This isn’t a cookie-cutter CRUD job — it’s hands-on, architecture-aware work at the intersection of live operations, analytics, and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build, test, and deploy
end-to-end features
across frontend (Next.js / React) and backend (Node.js / Fastify) layers.
Design
clean, modular APIs
and connect them to robust, interactive frontend components.
Implement and optimize
MongoDB aggregations , indexing, and caching strategies for high-volume datasets.
Work with
Redis + BullMQ
for background jobs, notifications, and live event processing.
Integrate complex systems like
SAP ,
FOIS , and
GPS providers
through REST APIs.
Develop and maintain
interactive dashboards ,
data tables , and
maps
(Mapbox / Leaflet / Kepler.gl) for TMS and RMS modules.
Implement
role-based access, workflow automation , and
SLA tracking
in the UI and backend.
Ensure code quality, maintainability, and scalability through reusable components and modular design.
Collaborate with product and design teams to transform operational requirements into intuitive digital workflows.
Participate in
code reviews ,
CI / CD pipelines (GitLab) , and performance monitoring in
AWS EC2 + MongoDB Atlas
environments.
Must-Have Skills
4–8 years of experience as a full stack developer in production SaaS environments.
Strong hands-on expertise with :
Frontend :
React.js, Next.js, MUI, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS.
Backend :
Node.js (Fastify / Express), MongoDB (Mongoose), Redis, BullMQ.
Proficient in
REST API design , async handling, and service integration.
Strong understanding of
state management (Redux, React Query) .
Proven experience in
data modeling ,
aggregation pipelines , and
performance optimization .
Good knowledge of
Git, GitLab CI / CD , and deployment workflows.
Understanding of
AWS fundamentals (EC2, S3, PrivateLink, monitoring) .
Ability to debug end-to-end issues across frontend, backend, and database layers.
Clear communication and the ability to collaborate across disciplines (UI / UX, backend, QA, product).
Nice-to-Have
Experience with
geospatial visualization
(Mapbox, Leaflet, Kepler.gl).
Prior exposure to
enterprise systems (ERP, SAP, logistics, or manufacturing domains) .
Familiarity with
microservice architecture ,
message queues , and
API gateways .
Experience with
TypeScript throughout the stack .
Knowledge of
server actions, SSR, caching strategies, and load optimization
in Next.js.
Curiosity to explore
Temporal.io, WebSockets, and event-driven architectures .
