We are seeking an Assistant Manager to be at the forefront of the business, taking charge of an entire territory to increase customer and revenue market share. You will be responsible for executing the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the prepaid business by strengthening the distribution and sales network. This role requires a professional who can understand market demographics and drive sales strategies to ensure channel profitability and satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Sales & Distribution : Strengthen the distribution and sales network by increasing SIM & Data Selling Outlets to the maximum possible extent in the assigned territory.
- Strategy Execution : Execute the entire Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the prepaid business, ensuring existing customers are adequately serviced.
- Market Analysis : Understand market demographics and drive a sales strategy tailored to different customer segments.
- Channel Management : Drive basic distribution parameters such as Channel profitability and Channel satisfaction .
Skills Required :
Proven experience in frontline sales and distribution management.Strong understanding of market demographics and sales strategy development.Ability to execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.Excellent skills in managing channel profitability and satisfaction.QUALIFICATION :
