OpenShift Administrator (L1)
Role Summary :
The L1 OpenShift Administrator provides operational support for the OpenShift platform, ensuring availability, stability, and performance. This role manages day-to-day tasks, handles moderate complexity issues, and escalates advanced problems to the SME (L2).
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform daily health checks, monitoring, and routine maintenance of OpenShift clusters.
- Respond to incidents, service requests, and alerts, resolving within SLA where possible.
- Troubleshoot and resolve moderate complexity application deployment and pod / container issues.
Skills & Experience :

Role Summary :
The L3 OpenShift Administrator acts as the Subject Matter Expert for the platform, owning complex issue resolution, architectural improvements, and operational excellence. This role is the highest escalation point for BAU support and provides technical leadership to L2 engineers.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead resolution of critical or complex OpenShift and Kubernetes issues.Perform deep-dive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning.Oversee and optimize cluster capacity, performance, and scaling.Plan and execute platform upgrades, migrations, and architecture changes.Develop automation scripts and tooling for platform management (Ansible, Helm, Operators).Define and implement security hardening, compliance, and governance frameworks.Skills & Experience :
