Role Overview :

We are seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamicGTMteam. This pivotal role will support cross-functional initiatives across Sales MarketingEnablement and Analytics. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong analytical mindset capable of managing CRM systems marketing automation tools and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

  • CRMProjectManagement (Salesforce) :
  • Maintain andoptimizeSalesforce configurations workflows and data integrity.
  • Support user onboarding training and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to implement new features and enhancements.
  • Sales & Marketing Project Support :
  • Act as a liaison between Sales Marketing and Analytics teams to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
  • Supportadhoc projects such as lead scoring territory planning and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings and track project milestones.
  • Seller relationship and Enablement :
  • Ability to translateprocessadaptionandtraining sales team
  • Plan and implement seller enablement pieces
  • Analytics & Reporting :
  • Perform data analysis to uncover trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Support forecasting pipeline analysis and performance tracking.
  • Research & Process Improvement :
  • Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic initiatives.
  • Identifyand implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Document best practices and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications : Required :

  • 35 years of experience in Sales Operations Marketing Operations or a related role.
  • ProficiencyinunderstandingSalesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical skills withproficiencyin SQL and Excel.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

    • Preferred :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Analytics ora relatedfield.
  • Experience working in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake or similar data warehousing platforms.
  • Understanding ofAgile methodologies and project management tools.
