Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in building and deploying autonomous agent systems. The ideal candidate will contribute to designing, coding, and optimizing AI agent workflows and LLM-based solutions.

Responsibilities :

Develop and optimize AI agent strategies for real-world business use cases
Build agent flows, LLM orchestration, and multi-agent systems using frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen
Collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to implement autonomous agents
Implement CI / CD, MLOps, AgentOps pipelines for testing, monitoring, and improving agent systems
Manage the complete lifecycle of deployed agentic AI systems
Develop REST APIs and backend services to support AI solutions

Skills & Experience Required :

6+ years of experience in software development or AI engineering

Strong coding skills in Python (preferred) or Java

Hands-on experience with LLM / agent frameworks like LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Haystack

Solid understanding of software engineering practices (OOP, TDD)

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes , and cloud deployment

Knowledge of CI / CD, MLOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, MLFlow

Experience building REST APIs using Flask, FastAPI, Django, or Quart
