Finance Manager

Mission  We are looking for a Finance Manager to lead and enhance the Finance and Accounting functions of our organization by driving fiscal integrity, strategic financial planning, compliance, and ensuring optimal resource allocation and support.

Outcomes  In your first year with us, you will achieve the following :   Financial Reporting Accuracy : Achieve a quarterly target of 100% accuracy in financial reporting by ensuring effective accounting procedures and timely submission of reports to management, government, and statutory bodies.  Budget Adherence : Maintain an annual operating budget variance of less than 5% through diligent planning, direction, and supervision of budgetary activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.  Cash Flow Optimization : Improve cash flow management by reducing outstanding accounts receivable by 15% within the fiscal year through proactive monitoring and strategic planning.  Cost Control : Implement cost-saving measures resulting in a 10% reduction in overhead costs related to accounts payable, statutory payments, and purchase reconciliation, while ensuring compliance with financial policies.  Statutory Compliance : Maintain a 100% compliance rate with all statutory payments and regulations, as evidenced by zero penalties or fines incurred during external audits or government inspections, ensuring adherence to tax laws, labor regulations, and other legal requirements.  Team Building : Empower the growth and success of our organization by strategically hiring at least 2 Finance Executives, and retaining and nurturing top talent to build an unstoppable financial A-team.  Competencies  You possess the following :   Ownership.
