Program Facilitator

A good event does not just happen. It is hosted, presented, and made memorable by someone who brings it all together.

As our Program Facilitator, you will be the voice and face of Team Everest.

You will host orientation sessions, reflections, webinars, and even internal or external events with energy and clarity.

You will make sure every attendee leaves the session with all the information they need and a smile on their face.

You will also prepare everything behind the scenes — from making PPTs to managing event logistics.

If you love public speaking, presenting clearly, and making spaces feel alive — this is your stage.

What You Will Do

Event Facilitation and Presentation

• Host Virtual Events : Confidently conduct orientations, reflections, webinars, fundraising events, scholarship sessions, and more for both internal and external audiences.
• Engage Attendees : Ensure every participant understands the event purpose, process, and action items through clear communication and an energetic presence.
• Flexible Event Hosting : Be available for events during weekends, holidays, or evenings if needed, with compensations and flexibility provided.
