What You’ll Do

Own the entire Youtube's platform end to end

Optimize titles, thumbnails, metadata, and playlists using tools like VidIQ / TubeBuddy and A / B testing.

Analyze traffic sources, viewer segments, and drop-off points to refine content formats.

Coordinate with Creator Host, Editor, and Research team to develop deep-dive topics into engaging video series.

Design hooks to drive conversion from viewers to app users and newsletter subscribers.

Execute a smart Shorts vs Long-form strategy and plan playlist optimization.

Conduct A / B testing for thumbnails and analyze cross-channel traffic.

Focus on retention analytics to improve watch time and viewer loyalty.

Core Skills & Experience

4-7+ years of experience growing a YouTube channel from ≥100K to ≥500K subscribers.

Deep expertise in :

• YouTube Studio analytics
• SEO strategies
• CAR metrics : Click-through rate, Average view duration, Retention

Strong understanding of finance or education audiences (or ability to ramp up quickly).

Experience with :
