Job descriptionLead and manage full-cycle hiring across all verticals (Corporate, Operations, Manufacturing, EPC, Technical, Healthcare) Build and lead the recruitment team Develop talent acquisition strategies & employer branding initiatives Create strong candidate pipelines across levels Work with CXOs & business heads on workforce planning Support onboarding, induction & employee engagement Lead implementation of KRAs and the Performance Management System (PMS) across the group Ensure timely execution of goal-setting and appraisal cycles Partner on talent development, retention & culture initiatives Ensure HR compliance across entities MBA / PGDM in HR 8–10 years of HR experience with 4+ years leading TA teams Experience in HR generalist / business partnering roles preferred Strong stakeholder management & communication Hands-on, strategic, and driven personality Familiarity with HRMS, recruitment tools & analytics Be part of a fast-growing, sustainability-focused group Drive hiring & HR transformation across diverse sectors High-ownership role with real impact Strong leadership exposure & growth opportunities
