Senior Technical Account Manager - OTT / Media only(MSC Team)

What to Bring

• Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in a TAM, TPM, or comparable engineering role. OTT / Media experience is mandatory.
• Exceptional customer relationship and account management skills, including the ability to influence key technology decisions and robustly defend WBDs interests.
• Proven communication skills showcased through effective verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary integrations involving multiple internal and external teams.
• Comprehensive understanding of the current global VOD ecosystem, industry standards and best practice
• Experience working with telcos, broadcasters and D2C platforms in the non-linear distribution space.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across time zones and with international teams from a variety of countries and backgrounds.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
