What You’ll Do

  • Generate new leads through calls, networking, and digital channels
  • Nurture and convert leads into long-term clients
  • Understand client goals and recommend the right FinGuru products or services
  • Manage your pipeline from first contact to successful conversion
  • Collaborate with marketing and advisory teams to improve the quality of leads and conversion rates
  • Track and report key performance metrics while refining your approach

What You Bring

  • 2–3 years of sales experience (finance, insurance, edtech, or consulting preferred)
  • Proven ability in lead generation and conversion
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Working toward monthly targets and timelines
  • A quick learner who can explain financial concepts in simple terms
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and growth-oriented
