What You’ll Be Doing
Own the first touch : Engage with prospects via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to spark meaningful conversations.
Market Intelligence : Research and map target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and understand business pain points.
Qualify Opportunities : Assess needs, generate interest, and schedule discovery meetings for the sales team.
Collaborate & Learn : Work closely with account executives and marketing to refine messaging and improve outreach strategies.
Pipeline Growth : Consistently meet and exceed monthly / quarterly lead generation and meeting targets.
Voice of the Market : Share insights from conversations with prospects to influence product and go-to-market strategies.
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 2–4 years in B2B product sales , with proven success in the US market .
Communication Ninja : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a knack for storytelling and persuasion.
Hustle & Curiosity : Comfortable with high-volume outreach, yet thoughtful in approach—balancing persistence with personalization.
Tech Savvy : Familiar with CRM tools (HubSpot / Salesforce), email automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools.
Growth Mindset : Resilient, adaptable, and eager to learn new strategies in a fast-paced environment.
