About the Role :

We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to manage daily production operations, ensure product quality, and lead the shop floor team efficiently. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in production, people management, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise day-to-day production activities and ensure targets are met.
• Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Manage and guide production staff on shift operations, work allocation, and discipline.
• Coordinate with the quality, procurement, and maintenance teams for smooth production flow.
• Maintain accurate production records and daily reports.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance productivity.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies on the shop floor.
