As we build from the ground up, we&aposre looking for a hands-on, strategic, and execution-driven GTM leader to join us at day zero. This is a rare opportunity to influence what we build, how we launch, who we build for, and how we scale globally.
What You'll Do :
- Own the GTM Strategy from Scratch : Design and execute the go-to-market plan for our MVP and subsequent product iterations. Identify the most promising segments, channels, and messaging.
- Customer Discovery & Market Validation : Talk to users, validate hypotheses, gather feedback, and refine value propositions. Help us find product-market fit.
- Build the Playbook : Define early sales, marketing, and growth playbooks. Test, learn, and iterate rapidly.
- Positioning & Messaging : Craft compelling narratives tailored to our target customers. Translate product features into customer value.
- Channel Strategy : Experiment with and prioritize distribution channels (e.g., direct sales, PLG, partnerships, content, performance marketing).
- Foundational Growth Ops : Set up tools, processes, and analytics to measure traction and optimize performance (e.g., CRM, website, onboarding flows).
- Be a Cross-Functional Glue : Work tightly with Product and Engineering to ensure what we're building matches what the market needs.
- Help Build the Team : As an early hire, you'll help shape the GTM team culture and hire future marketers, sellers, or growth leaders.
What We're Looking For :
1 / 2 years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, growth, strategy, or early-stage sales / BD — preferably in high-growth Internet startups.You've helped launch or scale a product from 0→1 or 1→10.Strong strategic thinker with a bias toward execution and experimentation.Comfortable wearing multiple hats and thriving in ambiguity.Customer-obsessed — you love talking to users and figuring out what makes them tick.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Hands-on with GTM tools and growth frameworks.(Bonus) Experience in a founding team, startup studio, or first-marketer role.Show more
