Role Overview

The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving

customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

across our website and e-commerce / quick commerce platforms. This role combines data-driven marketing, performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent growth.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Website Growth

Own and scale sales on our

D2C website

(Shopify / WordPress etc.)

Optimize website funnels, improve conversion rates, and increase repeat purchases.

Plan and execute website campaigns (offers, bundles, luxury gifting promotions).

Quick Commerce & Marketplaces

Manage and grow presence on

Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Amazon, Flipkart, Nature’s Basket

etc.

Negotiate placements, ad spends, and promotional campaigns with platform teams.

Track platform-specific KPIs (CTR, AOV, CAC, ROI).

Digital Marketing & Growth Hacking

Drive

performance marketing campaigns

(Google Ads, Meta, Affiliate, Influencers).

Work with agencies / vendors to optimize

ROAS & CPA .

Develop strategies to increase

organic traffic & SEO visibility .

Analytics & Reporting

Monitor sales dashboards and create weekly / monthly growth reports.

Track

CAC, LTV, repeat purchase rate, churn, AOV, CTR .

Use insights to iterate campaigns and improve ROI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with

Branding, Operations, and Customer Support

to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Align with supply chain teams to ensure

stock availability on platforms .

Key Skills & Qualifications

3–6 years of experience in

e-commerce growth, digital marketing, or performance marketing .

MBA from a Tier 1 college preferred.

Strong understanding of

D2C websites, quick commerce, and marketplace dynamics .

Proficiency in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and CRM platforms .

Ability to work with

data dashboards

and make decisions backed by analytics.

Excellent negotiation skills with platforms and agencies.

Prior experience in

FMCG, luxury brands, or beverages

is a plus.
