𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲 :

Norlox is looking for highly motivated Customer Support Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving queries, and ensuring a seamless support experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a candidate-centric approach.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

• Handle inbound and outbound support requests via calls and emails.
• Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Ability to multitask and perform basic technical troubleshooting.
• Identify opportunities to improve the processes.
