About the Role

We are looking for motivated professionals across different levels to join our Sales & Marketing team. The role involves building client relationships, generating sales opportunities, and contributing to the growth of our real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and connect with potential customers.
  • Convert client inquiries into sales opportunities.
  • Conduct presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close sales transactions.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports and client records.
  • Build and maintain broker and channel partner networks.
  • Explore nearby markets for business development.

Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1 to 10 years of sales experience (real estate or related industries preferred).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented.
  • Preferred Background

    Candidates with experience in Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Insurance, Automobiles, or Wealth Management will be considered favorably.
