Executive Assistant – Virtual Support to Global Leadership

Locations: Pune & Mumbai CTC Range: 10–17 LPA (Lead/Senior Lead) Work Model: Hybrid (1 week WFO, 3 weeks WFH – subject to business needs) Shifts: US Time Zones – 6:00 PM to 2:45 AM or 9:00 PM to 5:45 AM

About the Role

We're hiring Executive Assistants to support senior leadership teams across the US, UK, and Europe. This is a high-impact, virtual role requiring exceptional communication, precision, and professionalism. The ideal candidate brings stability, maturity, and a proactive mindset to global stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide seamless administrative support: calendar management, travel coordination, expense tracking, and report generation
• Handle client/vendor communications with clarity and confidence—both verbal and written
• Prepare and deliver timely MIS reports (weekly/monthly) with accuracy
• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage competing deadlines
• Maintain operational documents and ensure process adherence
• Uphold consistency, attention to detail, and confidentiality in all activities
• Adapt to rotational shifts based on business requirements

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate with 4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Virtual Assistant
• Proven ability to manage global communications and multitask across time zones
• Strong email etiquette and stakeholder handling skills
• Stable career trajectory with a commitment to excellence
