Role Description

Happygo is looking for a passionate Co-founder. He / She will collaborate in shaping the company's strategic vision, innovating growth strategies, and building key partnerships. Responsibilities include overseeing operations, guiding sales and marketing efforts, conducting market research, and driving the overall development of the organization. The Co-Founder will work closely with the leadership team to ensure the company's growth and success.

Qualifications

• He / she can come up with an investment in return of share in the company. Or willing to work on profits.
• Strong Sales and Marketing skills to identify growth opportunities and lead strategic initiatives.
• Advanced Research and Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and assess market trends.
• Excellent Communication skills for stakeholder engagement, team leadership, and partnership development.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and manage operations efficiently.
• Experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred but not required.
