🚀 We’re Hiring! | Talent Acquisition Executive – APAC, EMEA & North America | Noida (On-site)

At Dignifyd , we’re expanding our Global Talent Acquisition Team and looking for enthusiastic, driven, and detail-oriented Recruiters to help scale our hiring operations across the APAC, EMEA, and North American regions .

🌍 Position Details

Role : Talent Acquisition Executive (APAC, EMEA & US Region)

Location : C-64, Sector-2, Noida (On-site)

Openings : Multiple (APAC, EMEA & US shifts)

Shift Timings :

  • APAC : 5 : 00 AM – 2 : 00 PM IST
  • EMEA : 1 : 00 PM – 10 : 00 PM IST
  • US : 6 : 30 PM – 3 : 30 AM IST

💰 Compensation : ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 / month + Attractive Incentives

🎯 Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Executive , you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top candidates across global markets.

You’ll play a key role in driving recruitment processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience while meeting business hiring goals.

🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Source and identify potential candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate fit.
  • Manage candidate data in ATS and Excel trackers.
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain strong candidate communication and relationships.
  • Meet weekly / monthly hiring targets and KPIs.

    • 💡 Required Skills & Experience

    Must-Have :

  • Excellent verbal & written English communication skills.
  • 1–3 years of international recruitment experience (APAC, EMEA, or US).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS systems and sourcing tools.
  • Familiarity with global job portals :
  • US : Indeed, Dice, CareerBuilder, FoundIt (Monster)
  • APAC : Indeed, Glints, FoundIt (Monster)
  • EMEA : Jobsite, TotalJobs, CVLibrary, Monster
  • Strong networking and relationship management skills.

    • Good to Have :

  • Experience in IT, Digital, or BPO hiring .
  • Ability to handle end-to-end recruitment independently .
