Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at G M INFINITE DWELLING a reputed Real Estate Organization. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Qualifications

Recruitment, Employee Relations, and Performance Management skills

Training and Development expertise

Knowledge of labor laws and HR policies

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Experience in the construction industry is a must

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

The Candidate should be expertise in hiring Sales Team, Finance Team, Civil Engineers and for other roles required by the Company.
