Job Title : Test Lead Test Automation

Experience : 8 to 10 Years

Location : (Remote)

Employment Type : (Full-Time )

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Test Lead Automation with a strong background in C# , UI , and API testing . The ideal candidate will be an individual contributor who can drive end-to-end testing activities independently and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using C# .
Perform UI and API testing to ensure the functionality, performance, and scalability of applications.
Work closely with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality.
Independently drive the testing efforts and manage test cases, defect tracking, and reporting.
Mentor junior team members if required and lead by example.
Act as a quality gatekeeper and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards.

Requirements :

810 years of experience in Test Automation .

Strong hands-on experience with C# programming.

Proficient in both UI automation and API testing tools and frameworks.

Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and soft skills; ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.

Good to Have :

Experience with CI / CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.

Exposure to cloud platforms and containerization (AWS, Docker, etc.)
