We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our bid capture and win strategies for multimillion-dollar US government contracts. This is a remote role that requires a deep understanding of federal acquisition processes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Opportunity Pipeline Mastery : Scout and qualify high-potential deals on SAM.gov, GSA eLibrary, and FedBizOpps.
- Bid Strategy Leadership : Develop capture plans, conduct SWOT analyses, and orchestrate team efforts to build winning proposals.
- SOW & Compliance Guru : Author and refine Statements of Work (SOWs) that align with FAR / DFARS regs.
- Win Rate Booster : Collaborate with sales leads to refine pricing strategies and past performance narratives.
- Market Intel & Innovation : Stay ahead of federal trends and recommend partnerships to expand the company's footprint.
- Remote Collaboration : Thrive in a virtual environment using tools like Microsoft Teams, Asana, and SharePoint.
What We're Looking For :
Proven Track Record : 8+ years in US federal proposal management or GovCon BD, with hands-on wins in IT services under SBA 8(a), SDVOSB, or GSA IT schedules.Technical Savvy : Deep knowledge of federal acquisition processes, including ORCA / FPDS reporting, price realism, and evaluation criteria.Strategic Mindset : Exceptional analytical skills to translate complex RFPs into compelling narratives.Communication Pro : Flawless business English, with the ability to influence C-suite execs and virtual teams.India-Based Remote Fit : Permanent resident in India, self-motivated for async work, and tech-equipped for secure remote ops.
