Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company growth targets.
  • Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Handle sales of aluminum truss systems, stage structures, and event-related fabrication solutions .
  • Identify new market opportunities and expand the client base in event and exhibition sectors.
  • Lead, mentor, and monitor the sales team for target achievement.
  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and design teams for timely project execution.
  • Manage price negotiations, quotations, and client proposals.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales reports to management.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings for business development.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain post-sales relationships for repeat business.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience in the event infrastructure, truss, or fabrication industry .
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel across India as required.

    • Qualification :

  • Graduate or Diploma in Mechanical / Civil / Marketing / Business Management (MBA preferred).
