Position : Creative Head
Job Description :
- Oversee end-to-end Creative Direction— from ideation, scripting, and casting to shoot and post-production.
 - Have to develop the brand growth through the right strategies and plans for brand reputation monitoring
 - To develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
 - To Manage and mentors a team of creative professionals, including designers, Content writers, Video Editors
 - Translates business objectives into innovative creative concepts that resonate with target audiences
 - Partner with sales and marketing teams to create innovative, high-performing branded content solutions.
 - Measure success and produce reports on how a campaign did, keeping in mind KPIs and ROIs
 - Keep up with industry trends and new technologies to inform and improve creative work.
 
Desired Skills and Experience
Should have Min 5 to 12 years of relevant experience in Branding / Design / Advertising agencyExcellent written and verbal communicationExcellent knowledge of all graphic design application software’s (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign etc..)In-depth knowledge of design, marketing and advertising conceptsStrong team playerA people-person, capable of building strong professional relationshipsNOTE : NO WORK FROM HOME
