Key Responsibilities :
- Own the Campaign & Engagement charter across multiple business lines to ensure consistent and impactful user communication.
- Lead a team of Growth Leads, aligning their strategies with overall growth objectives.
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute multi-channel customer journeys across app, web, WhatsApp, email, and push notifications.
- Establish and optimize marketing automation workflows for activation, retention, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Analyze campaign performance using SQL and BI tools to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, and Tech teams to create personalized, event-driven, and real-time engagement campaigns.
- Set governance for frequency capping, targeting rules, and communication hygiene across channels.
- Evaluate and onboard new tools or platforms to improve campaign efficiency and impact.
- Present insights, trends, and business impact of engagement initiatives to leadership regularly.
