Primary Responsibility
The HR Head will be responsible for designing and executing HR strategies that strengthen organizational capability, enhance employee experience, and deliver measurable impact on business performance, while effectively managing the entire employee lifecycle and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR :
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Drive organization design, workforce planning, and succession pipelines.
- Lead talent management, capability development, and leadership programs.
- Champion cultural transformation, diversity & inclusion, and change initiatives.
- Establish HR analytics and metrics to evaluate HR effectiveness.
Operational HR :
Oversee end-to-end HR operations – recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance.Implement and govern HR policies, processes, and statutory requirements.Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.Drive employee engagement programs and performance management systems.Leverage HR technology to streamline operations and enhance employee experience.Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field from a reputed institute.10–12 years of progressive HR experience with demonstrated success in both strategic and operational HR leadership roles.
