Role Overview : We’re looking for a dynamic individual who is equal parts communicator and copywriter. Someone who can craft compelling scripts and ad copies, manage influencer collaborations, and execute end-to-end ad campaigns that not only reach but also move our audience.

This role sits at the intersection of creative writing, influencer coordination, and ad strategy execution, making it crucial for Nat Habit’s growth journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Copywriting & Content Creation
  • Write ad copies, scripts, and social media posts aligned with brand tonality.
  • Conceptualize engaging storylines for video ads (with influencers and in-house).
  • Influencer Communication & Coordination
  • Communicate briefs, guide them through ad creation, and ensure high-quality output.
  • Maintain strong relationships with influencers and agencies.
  • Assist in building and managing the overall ad strategy.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, and execution.
  • Work closely with creative, brand, and growth teams to ensure campaigns align with larger objectives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal.
  • Strong copywriting ability : ad copies, hooks, scripts, and captions that sell.
  • Prior experience in influencer management, ad content, or marketing is preferred.
  • A creative thinker with a good understanding of social media trends and digital storytelling.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
  • Someone proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about natural beauty and Ayurveda.
