Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced and creative Senior UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions, along with an eye for clean, purposeful, and artful design. You'll collaborate with UX, product, and development teams to create intuitive, engaging, and consistent user experiences.

This role requires a deep understanding of design principles and a commitment to delivering beautiful, effective interfaces that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and refine high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and developers to translate concepts and wireframes into intuitive, visually appealing UI.
• Maintain and enforce UI design standards, including style guides and component libraries, to ensure consistency across all products.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the quality of UI designs.
• Prototype and iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and usability testing.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive design practices, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure designs are optimized for accessibility, usability, and performance across devices.
