Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a BIM Modeler located in Kakori. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing detailed 3D models, conducting clash detection and coordination, and producing construction drawings. Daily tasks will involve collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to ensure accurate and efficient project execution using BIM processes.

Qualifications

• Building Information Modeling (BIM) skills
• Experience in Architecture and Modeler roles
• Proficiency in Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems
• Ability to produce and interpret Construction Drawings
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Relevant certifications or bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience with BIM software tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
