About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Architect with at least 3 years of experience in both Architecture and Interior Design. This role is ideal for professionals who combine creative vision with practical expertise and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and present architectural concepts, floor plans, and 3D models for residential and commercial projects.

Collaborate with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors to ensure design intent is translated accurately from concept to execution.

Oversee and coordinate site execution, ensuring adherence to timelines, materials, and quality benchmarks.

Integrate innovative solutions in space planning, materials, and aesthetics while adhering to functional and regulatory requirements.

Prepare detailed working drawings, design documentation, and BOQs as needed.

Incorporate interior design elements into architectural workflows when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in architectural and interior design projects.

Strong visual communication skills through 2D and 3D presentations.

Proficiency in design tools : AutoCAD, SketchUp, D5, Enscape, Lumion (or similar rendering and drafting tools).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design, proportion, and materiality.
