About the role :

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to help us build functional systems that improve customer experience.

DevOps Engineer responsibilities include deploying product updates, identifying production issues and implementing integrations that meet customer needs. If you have a solid background in software engineering and are familiar with Ruby or Python, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you will execute and automate operational processes fast, accurately and securely.

Some of the core responsibilities of DevOps Engineer include –

Monitor site reliability and performance and troubleshoot platform issues.

Incidence management and root cause analysis

Coordination and communication within the team and with customers

Actively participant in Engineering Scrum calls & design review sessions

Manage code deployments, upgrade linux environments & create client tenants.

Manage employee access across applications.

Identifying and deploying cybersecurity measures by continuously performing vulnerability assessment and risk management

Pre-requisite skills required for a DevOps Engineer role include :

3-5 years experience as a DevOps Engineer.

Hands-on experience with AWS cloud hosting and deployments.

Hands on experience in Linux, Jenkins (deployment automation) and Github (Repository)

Configuration and managing databases such as MongoDB.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

Excellent understanding of Ruby, Python, Perl, and Java.
