Job Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and creative UX / UI Designer to join our telecom product team.
• The candidate should have a strong background in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with proven expertise in wireframing, visual design, and end-to-end product design.
• Candidate will play a key role in shaping intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences for our telecom solutions, including mobile apps, web portals, and platforms.
• Responsibilities Understanding new requirements / charters and analysis Leads discussions with cross functional teams and stake holders to evaluate feasibility, technical specifications, cost-benefit analysis, etc. UX Design :
• Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Create user personas, journey maps, and workflows tailored to telecom user segments. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models to visualize user flows and product features.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define and refine product requirements. UI Design : Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for telecom products across platforms (web, mobile, tablet).
• Maintain consistency in design language, typography, color schemes, and iconography. Translate complex telecom functionalities into intuitive UI components. Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across devices and screen sizes.
• Product Design : Own the design process from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, marketing, and customer support. Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and performance metrics.
• Stay updated with telecom industry trends, design tools, and best practices. Creating & delivering high quality features, preparing end to end high level and low-Level designs, developing individual sub systems.
• Facilitating creation and prioritization of program-level feature and architectural backlogs Desired Skill sets Prior experience designing for telecom platforms (e.g., OSS systems, customer portals, network dashboards).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in sprint cycles. Understanding of telecom user personas - B2B, B2C, and internal operations.
