We're Hiring : QA Lead :

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced QA Lead to join our team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in software quality assurance and a passion for automation.

Job Description :

As a QA Lead, you will be responsible for leading and executing test plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software. You will work closely with the development team and a manager to define and implement testing strategies, focusing on automation, functional, and end-to-end integration testing. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring team members, improving QA processes, and maintaining a high standard of quality across our products.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and execute test plans under the guidance of a manager.
• Conduct functional, regression, and E2E integration testing to ensure software quality.
• Develop and maintain robust test case automation frameworks.
• Drive and implement BDD / TDD frameworks.
• Perform API testing to validate service functionality.
• Collaborate with developers to understand code and improve testability.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

1. Solid Java & Spring knowledge, with the ability to understand and debug code.

2. Familiarity with databases such as MS SQL or Oracle.
