Job description

Full Stack Developer (Node.js + React)

Location : Goa

Experience : 3+ Years

Work Mode : Hybrid / WFH flexibility

Developer skilled in Node.js and React to work on exciting, cutting-edge projects.

Key Requirements

Minimum 3 years of full stack development experience
Strong proficiency in Node.js with frameworks like Express or NestJS
Hands-on experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MariaDB / MySQL)
Exposure to MongoDB (bonus)
Minimum 3 years of React.js, strong understanding of React Hooks
Experience with React Native (highly desirable)
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
Proficient with Git and version control workflows
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks

Independently manage deployments & CI / CD pipelines

Own end-to-end delivery of major modules / features

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards

Collaborate with cross-functional team members

Mentor junior developers where needed

Identify risks / blockers early and propose solutions

Suggest improvements in architecture and code quality

Ensure production-ready, scalable, and clean code
