Summary :
Risk Technology team is made up of a cross-functional team of software development specialists, geospatial information specialists and catastrophe / financial model specialists who bring best-in-class analytics, thought leadership and expertise in designing, building and supporting industry standard risk analysis tools. A talented DevOps professional is required to join the function at Willis Towers Watson. In this role you will :
Design, build and implement technical DevOps solutions to medium and high complexity projects.
Build DevOps technology blueprints for applications built on multiple technologies like .NET, Python, PHP, Matlab, R, SQL Server, No SQL DBs etc. for our cloud offerings.
Design Continuous Integration and Delivery pipelines for complex technology landscape including databases, middle-tier technologies, and front-end applications
Assess and identify technical gaps in the maturity of DevOps tools landscape and CI / CD implementations.
Develop and enforce security standards, guidelines, and best practices for DevOps processes
Support Specialized Actuarial and Cat Modelling AVD environment with ICT and Data Science Tools
Assist in ensuring defined Application Service Management processes are followed for Incident Management issues, to include internal users and clients.
Resolution of technical issues as needed, and / or validate recommended technical solutions.
Role :
Design and Deploy Software architecture and practices (design / development / deployment, Agile, SCRUM, ALM)
Participate in automation design, implement automation solutions using DevOps tools
Provide visibility on application health, Azure usage by defining dashboards, metric log aggregation mechanisms.
Document the standards and procedure
Providing health-check recommendations for the ongoing ‘fit-for-purpose’ state of our services through design and code reviews and oversight of the on and offshore development teams
Configure and maintain SAST and DAST tools to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities
Troubleshoot pipeline issues and optimize performance across environments.
Support Azure Virtual Desktops and software
Monitor and Triage incoming internal tickets and client emails
Assist in security incident responses and reporting
Qualifications
Requirements :
Minimum 10 years of experience in Azure DevOps, version control tools for source code like VSTS / TFS and binaries like GitHub
Proficient in managing CI / CD tools for each stage of pipeline including integrating with Unit Testing, Automated Testing, Code Coverage, Static and Dynamic analysis, Compliance, Vulnerability etc.
Demonstrable experience in developing and maintaining scripts using Power Shell, ARM templates / Terraform / bicep scripts, YAML for Infrastructure as a Code for Windows and Linux
Deep domain expertise of cloud application development solutions (e.g. IaaS, Serverless, API Management) Container orchestration (e.g.
Docker, Kubernetes etc.), the storage, compute, and networking components
Experience configuring and supporting
SAST and DAST tools
in enterprise environments
Excellent analytical, written, and oral communication and collaboration skills
Ubuntu Linux skills a plus
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
