Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact strategies to drive new user acquisition, retention, and engagement across B2C and B2B segments.
  • Design brand positioning strategies to make SunCrypto a trusted household name in crypto.
  • Collaborate with PR agencies, content teams, and social media strategists to create a unified brand voice.
  • Lead GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for product launches, partnerships, and geographical expansions.
  • Identify and secure strategic partnerships with influencers, fintech platforms, educational institutions, and media houses.
  • Represent SunCrypto at key fintech, blockchain, and crypto industry events to enhance the brand’s thought leadership.
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to attract and onboard High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs) and institutional investors to the platform.
  • Collaborate with the Founders, Product, Marketing, Community, and Support teams to align strategy with execution.
  • Drive revenue innovation through new product offerings, pricing models, and ecosystem integrations.

Required Qualifications

  • 7–8 years of experience in business strategy roles within finance, fintech, or relevant fast-growth sectors.
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and strategic projects.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, including data analysis for business decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, finance, economics, or related field.
  • Deep understanding or strong interest in blockchain, cryptocurrencies, digital finance, and rapidly evolving regulatory environments.
  • Ability to design and optimize monetization models, fee structures, and referral programs.
  • Skilled in leading and aligning cross-functional teams across marketing and tech.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with user growth hacking, funnel optimization, and performance marketing is a plus.
