Sr. Revit BIM Modeller

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a

Sr. Revit BIM Modeler

located in

Ahmedabad, Gujarat . The Sr. Revit BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing

Building Information Models (BIM)

for various projects.

Key responsibilities include developing detailed architectural and construction drawings, coordinating with

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

systems, and ensuring adherence to

project specifications, standards, and LOD 400–450 requirements .

Candidates with

hands-on LOD 400 BIM experience

in

residential and commercial projects within GCC countries

and familiarity with

GCC standards

will be given strong preference.

Qualifications

Proficiency in

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

and

Autodesk Revit

Strong background in

Architecture and Construction Drawings

Experience with

MEP coordination and detailing

Proven

LOD 400 BIM modeling experience

in

residential and commercial GCC projects

Excellent

attention to detail

and

problem-solving skills

Ability to work

collaboratively in a team environment

Bachelor’s degree

in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field

Experience :

5 to 7 years in BIM / Revit modeling

Knowledge of GCC standards

is a plus

Relevant certification

in BIM or Revit will be an added advantage
